Dean's Message

As Iğdır University Faculty of Health Sciences, we aim to prepare our students for the changing world with quality education in the field of health, to follow and develop science at national and international levels, and to train them as well-educated healthcare personnel all over the country.

Iğdır University Faculty of Health Sciences was established by the Presidential Decree No. 1773 dated 10/11/2019, published in the Official Gazette No. 30945 dated 11/11/2019. 

The main purpose of our Faculty of Health Sciences is to train professionals who are based on current scientific information in line with the needs of the country, who are devotedly educated with the understanding of being human, who are equipped, who strive to be effective and competent in their field, who are respectful of academic and cultural values, and who are successful in the fields of health services. As the Faculty of Health Sciences, in order to achieve the goal of being a faculty that has a say and guides in the formation and development of our country's health policies, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Department of Child Development, Department of Midwifery, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Department of Nursing and Department of Audiology will make efforts for the development and progress of our country in a scientific, rational and humane way.
